​We had an amazing stay in these apartments, and I couldn’t be more impressed. The place is nice and clean, making it the perfect retreat after a day of exploring Winter Park. Fraser Apartments is a wonderful community to be a part of, and it really feels like a home away from home. The rooms are some of the best I’ve had for a seasonal rental – they’re spacious and comfortable, with your own personal kitchen and bathroom, which is such a bonus.

"As a mom, finding the right place for my family is so important, and this apartment has been a wonderful choice! The elementary school is just a 5-minute walk away, which makes mornings so much easier. The neighborhood is quiet and feels incredibly safe, which gives me peace of mind. Plus, there’s a pet-friendly park nearby, so our dog can enjoy the outdoors too.
